I’m going to start with a real life destination wedding that happened today.

The players

  • A wonderful couple from 2 states
  • 70 very nice guests from 2 states
  • A pastor from another state
  • A local wedding staging company (decorated arch and chairs, table for sand ceremony), let’s call them Weddings on the Beach
  • A local WEDDING DJ
  • A local WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

The Schedule

  • Bride arrives at office of Weddings on the Beach at 12:00 PM
  • WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER arrives at 12:30 at above for before photos
  • WEDDING DJ arrives at beach site for prelude music at 12:45PM
  • Processional starts at 1:00 PM
  • Bride walks down aisle at 1:02 PM
  • 15 minute ceremony
  • After wedding formal and posed photos from 1:17 to 2:15
  • Bridal party and guests arrive at reception  at 2:30 PM

Here’s what really happened

  • 12:15 PM WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER arrives at office above. Office is locked and nobody is there
  • WEDDING DJ AND PHOTOGRAPHER wait until 12:35 PM, still nobody there so they head to wedding site at the beach across the street
  • 12:37 PM nobody at the site has a clue about anything and nobody can reach the bride or bridal party by phone
  • 12:45 PM wedding stager gets a call from bride and goes back across street to let bride in, photographer goes too with instructions to call WEDDING DJ when bride arrives and to have bride call 15 minutes before she’s ready so WEDDING DJ can start prelude music and ushers can seat the guests.
  • 12:50 PM bridesmaids arrive at wedding site and state that the 1 hour and 30 minute drive actually took 2 hours and 20 minutes because of traffic and that the bride was leaving 10 minutes behind them
  • 1:10 PM WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER calls WEDDING DJ and says bride has arrived and will call back to give 15 minutes notice

  1. I have a song [mp3 file] and i want it to automatically play when you enter my wordpress blog. On all the pages if possible but preferably just on the homepage if simpler. I’m new to wordpress so it might be tough but if anyone can confirm it’s possible and perhaps tell me how it would be greatly appreciated.. . Also i installed firebug if that’s any help..

      You nailed it about the megapixels, it is all about the shooter.As far as ” 100 weddings ” that may be a bit much, We both have a good eye and judge of character that have been blessed by many pros that enter the wedding Industry, we just needed to train them about weddings… most pros already know the basics they just need the passion.
